Suzi Karr, Owner/CEO/Broker/REALTOR
SUZI KARR has been in the real estate business for over thirty-five years! Her career started in California, and by way of Hawaii, Suzi opened Suzi Karr Realty, Inc. in 1979. #With real estate "trends" forever in the change mode, Suzi and her team of associates decided a full-service real estate center was the only way to give both sellers and buyers the kind of service they not only need, but deserve. With that in mind, The Closing Agent of Windermere, Inc. was formed with Suzi and Barry Miller, Attorney, as partners, and many of the associates as stockholders. Barry also offers his legal services to clients, as he is a real estate attorney. In the active Central Florida Real Estate Market, it was difficult to find professionals to do the sometimes small repairs, etc. much-needed to either get properties ready to market or ready to close, but the SKR TEAM has compiled a Vendor's List of those we use, and know are good. Suzi is also a Mortgage Broker, as this is a very important part of the buying process that needs REALTOR knowledge to assist buyers in finding the perfect match in mortgage companies and mortgage progrms. The most recent member of the SKR TEAM, is Lou Ciccarelli, who is with the CPA firm of Wettstein and Saboff, the firm Suzi has used for 26 years. It is always nice to have a CPA on board to give advice in that important part of a transaction; often seller related. The goal of the SKR TEAM is to work together with all of their many forte's, so that the buying and selling process can be painless and a happy experience for all. Suzi teaches the contracts course, as well as she assists in teaching the 1031 tax deferred course. The SKR TEAM is the smaller team with the big results. The TEAM boasts 120 years of real estate experience, 30 years of formal education, many designations, and being involved and contributing is of upper most importance. Suzi chairs The Downtown Windermere Renovation Committee, and her group was recently able to save the Chapel of the Windermere Union Church and get approval to move it to The Town Square, and Suzi, a director of the Nehrling Society, assissted in the purchase of "Palm Gardens", in Gotha, close by, which is a historical property, that will be opened up to the public as a botanical gardens.
