Our Community

Suzi Karr Realty, Inc. opened in August of 1978 in a small, rented space in the principal's office of the former Windermere Elementary School. After many years of growth, business and development operations moved to the current office location on the corner of Sixth and Main in beautiful downtown Windermere.

We’re proud of our long rich history of real estate excellence in Central Florida, but also very happy to be residents of this lovely community.
