Matthew Matin has been a West Orange County resident since 1986, and has resided in Stoneybrook West since 2002. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, where he studied Architecture, Urban Planning and Historic Preservation. Matthew is a member in good standing of The Orlando Regional Realtor Association, The Florida Association of Realtors, as well as The National Association of Realtors. Before his time in real estate, Matthew spent 12 years in the Civil Engineering & Urban Planning industry, where he serviced clients including Walt Disney World, the Florida Department of Transportation, the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority and the Orlando International Airport.
Matt is a 2017 member of The Orlando Regional Realtors Association’s 20 under 40 rising stars. Annually the Realtor Association recognizes their top 20 real estate professionals under the age of 40. The association’s selection process takes into consideration an array of items including, sales performance, customer service and community service.
In his spare time, Matthew enjoys biking the West Orange Trail and golfing with his lovely wife Sarah at West Orange Country Club. Matthew is very active in the community where he serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Stoneybrook West Community Development District (CDD), the Vice-Chairman of the West Orange Country Club Board of Directors and is an Executive Board Member for the Florida Planning & Zoning Association (FPZA).
