Wanda Warmus is a Florida native whom has enjoyed living in the Town of Windermere for nearly 25 years with her husband, children and pets. True to her native Florida roots, she chose to attend the University of Central Florida and graduated with a BS in Accounting and a MS in Taxation. She worked in private accounting and in public accounting - for both local and international accounting firms.

Her real estate career began in 2012 in Windermere, FL. Wanda is grateful to be a member of the Suzi Karr Realty (SKR) team of agents and is dedicated to contributing to the wonderful history of real estate excellence that has been offered over the span of five decades by SKR.
